When we inevitably spilled an enormous amount of red wine on the beautiful white carpet, Steve was quick to send care instructions and the stain came out exactly as described, just as we were told it would when we bought it! I have used them multiple times for the rental units we own and Steve and his guys have always done a great job and their prices are always either the lowest or very close.
18 months ago I recommended them for the install of new carpets in all the common areas of the complex and they again did a great job and the residents have complimented the job repeatedly.
So when it came time to do the carpet in the family room of our house I didn’t even consider anyone else. Par for the course Steve came out and measured and had several great sample boards/books for us to look over and let us hang on to them to give us time to consider all the options. I also decided to replace carpet with flooring in my home office and he explained the options and we went with rubber-backed vinyl planks. Steve even came back by later that day and dropped off some additional samples for us to consider. There was never any pressure. His installers showed up and were very professional and great to work with. They were careful moving our things around. Steve even stopped in to check progress. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new carpet and flooring and with the great job Steve and his men did.

This is the second time we have used this company to lay down hardwood floors in our home. They did an excellent job in both instances. Their pricing is very fair and very competitive. Their quality and attention to detail is excellent. They also did a great job in keeping the remainder of the house in good shape and clean. They also did the job on time as they had promised. I highly recommend this company for hardwood flooring. If you need hardwood flooring, you really don’t need to waste your time calling around. We found Har-Pat to be very very reasonable in their pricing compared to others – without sacrificing quality. Awesome job (for second time) Har-Pat!
